Disclaimer: Our online store is a fundraising initiative to aid in COVID-related financial stress that many local businesses are working through at this time, including us at Between Friends. All manufacturing, printing, and shipping are run through Printful, a third-party dropshipping company. We are not responsible for the products sold on our site in any way. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact their support team at support@printful.com.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, unmet expectations, or size exchanges. For your convenience, a sizing guide is included on each product’s page (unless it is a one-size-fits-all product).  A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for a different size/item.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you. (Please contact us with the correct address and we will get it to the Printful support team as quickly as possible.)

  6. We limit all unnecessary person-to-person and surface contact.

  3. Please stand at least 6 feet apart while waiting to order or pick-up.
  4. Protect those at risk by staying home if you have any symptoms: coughing, fever, shortness of breath, etc.
