Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us by phone at 478-287-6439 or by email at email@example.com.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. For your convenience, a sizing guide is included on each product’s page. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for a different size.
Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we will temporarily be closing our dining room/dine-in service. You can order online for in-store pick-up and curbside service. We also offer local delivery through our partners at Waitr App! Our modified open hours are now Mon-Sat, 7am - 2pm.
