Event Reservations

 

Renting Our Space for Events

 

Between Friends Coffee is available for after-hours event reservations, Monday through Saturday from 4pm to 8pm. (We do not usually offer rentals for Sundays, except in select cases.) A minimum notice of three business days is required to book the space. Please message us on Facebook or email us at hello@betweenfriendscoffee.com to request an event reservation. If approved, we will send you an event reservation contract and invoice to your submitted email address. You must complete payment to successfully reserve your event.

A barista will be on-site for the duration of your event to make drinks and select baked goods for purchase. Catering is available for advanced purchases (at least three business days) upon request: contact us with your desired list of goods and their quantities, and we’ll reply with a quoted price.

**We will begin closing procedures promptly at the end of your reserved time. If you remain on-site fifteen minutes after the end of your reserved time, you will be billed for an additional hour. **

**If you need to cancel or reschedule your event for any reason, you must contact us at least twenty-four hours before your reserved day/time. If you do not contact us to make us aware of your cancellation, you will be billed for the event and will not receive a refund.**
