As avid readers, we wanted to share our love of books with the community. Discovering an author who writes to your soul is like finding a best friend. We are grateful for the opportunity to share some of our closest friends with you in the form of a replenishing drink. Hemingway, Pablo Neruda, Langston Hughes, J.R.R Tolkien, Maya Angelou, Shakespeare, Harper Lee, and Jane Austen are just a few of the names you will see on our walls. We hope that each drink you order by name either reconnects you with a dear friend or introduces you to a new one. We have table-ordering from each of our unique literary-themed tables

To further promote literacy across all ages in our community, our Free Little Library is available 24/7! Growing research shows positive correlations between adult literacy and lower infant mortality rates. Literacy improves mental and physical health. Literacy has been shown to reduce poverty. We need more books and expanded minds! Let’s get to reading, Friends!

Our menu is as diverse as the people we serve.

We pride ourselves on offering an extensive menu of both coffee and non-coffee beverages: specialty milkshakes, steamers, herbal teas, green teas, black teas, lemonades, yerba mate teas, homemade hot chocolates, custom Italian sodas, clean-label still or sparkling flavored waters, glass bottled sodas, lattes, cappuccinos, internationally-influenced beverages, breves, frappes (made with real ice cream, unless it's dairy-free), Lotus energy drinks, and so much more. We maintain an inventory of hundreds of syrups and specialty add-ins available for your enjoyment and ready for your creativity.

A community pantry sponsored by the Mom’s Club of Warner Robins is also available 24/7 in front of our doors. Please take what you need and leave what you can.

Direct Trade Beans, Locally Roasted

We at Between Friends believe in the importance of every individual, from the person planting the coffee plant to the person drinking a cup of coffee inside our store. In this new decade, we are making a promise to be more mindful of our impact on the environment and the economy, both here at home and in the countries where we source our products from.

Direct trade coffee is sourced straight from the farmers, which cuts out traditional middleman importers, exporters, and organizations that control pricing. Direct trade builds mutually beneficial and respectful relationships between the farmers and the roasters. Not only do direct trade roasters have more control over the quality of the coffee bean, they also positively affect the economic, social, and environmental health of the coffee growing regions. Direct Trade sets a fair minimum price per pound, while also establishing a higher standard of bean quality. To maximize the profit for the farms themselves, direct trade does not require growers to pay to be part of a cooperative. Our partners at Grassroots Coffee and Big Island Coffee Roasters supply us with coffee beans from Columbia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Mexico, Brazil, Hawaii, etc.!
