In 2018, Between Friends Coffee was honored to be voted Best Coffee Shop in Warner Robins in the community’s Best of the Best awards for the second year in a row. Receiving the official notice that the votes had been tallied and that we had placed first was both exciting and deeply humbling.
Awards like this mean so much to us because they come directly from the people we serve every day. Each vote represents someone who chose to spend time in our space—meeting friends, sharing a meal, reading a book, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. To know that our community believed in us enough to vote again was incredibly encouraging.
By 2018, Between Friends was continuing to grow, and with that growth came new relationships, new regulars, and many shared memories. We saw more laughter around our tables, more conversations between friends, and more guests discovering the comfort of a welcoming place to gather. Those moments have always been the real measure of our success.
This recognition also belongs to our team, whose care and dedication shape every visit, and to the community that has supported us from the beginning. Small businesses are built on relationships, and we are grateful for each person who has helped us grow.
Winning again in 2018 strengthened our commitment to the same values we started with: warm hospitality, quality coffee, and a space where everyone feels at home.
