In 2020, Between Friends Coffee was once again honored to be voted Best Coffee Shop in Warner Robins in The Telegraph’s Best of the Best awards. Hearing that our community had spoken and chosen us for this recognition meant more than words can express.
That year brought challenges none of us expected. Like so many small businesses, we worked to adapt, serve safely, and continue providing a welcoming space—whether guests were picking up drinks to go, ordering ahead, or simply stopping in for a familiar moment in uncertain times. Through it all, the support of our community never wavered.
This award reminded us that Between Friends has always been about more than coffee. It’s about connection, comfort, and the small everyday routines that help people feel grounded. Every vote represented someone who chose to include us in their day, and that is something we never take for granted.
We are especially grateful to our team, whose flexibility, patience, and dedication made it possible to keep serving our guests with care. Their commitment helped preserve the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Between Friends, even during a difficult year.
Being recognized as Best Coffee Shop in 2020 was an encouragement to keep moving forward, to keep improving, and to continue serving our community with the same heart and purpose we began with.
