Local Author Consignment

We’re currently seeking novels, nonfiction works, and poetry collections. Only professionally published works that are currently for sale will be considered. (Self-published books are accepted as long as they adhere to professional standards. Books that are handwritten, stapled, taped, or coil bound will not be accepted.) For help publishing your work, reach out to Between Friends Publishing. Authors interested in submitting their work for consignment must provide a completed copy of the consignment form (see below) and a physical copy of their book(s) for our review. Literary reviews may take up to 30 days to complete. Between Friends Coffee reserves the right to deny any author or work wishing to participate in this consignment program. All decisions of the literary review committee are final. If denied, your submitted book will be available for pick-up at your earliest convenience. If approved, your book will be entered into our Point of Sale System and you will be responsible for keeping up to five copies of each approved book stocked on our shelves. Currently, the consignment rate is 20% of the list price.
